Josh, the owner, is absolutely the best, and Kona loves Barbara his walker. They treat Kona with so much love and care. Incredibly reliable, trustworthy and always easy to communicate with. Kona gives them five paws.
After trusting the same company for eleven years, starting over was scary, but Pooch Pals made the transition so easy. Jordan is wonderful, always on time and dependable, and so patient with my dachshunds. I feel comfortable traveling knowing my babies are in good hands.
Barbara walked my Yorkie twice today and was great. He is not used to anyone besides me walking him and Barbara was very patient. Pooch Pals saved my life today.
Josh and his team are great. Barb took such good care of our dog for his daily walks and always sent a well detailed report with pictures. Josh is well organized and careful to take all your pet's needs into account. Highly recommend.
Josh and his team are nothing but professional and caring with how they handle their work. Would definitely recommend.
Josh responded immediately to my last minute request. Raymond is a caring and gentle dog walker who genuinely likes dogs. He was great with our deaf senior guy and our one year old. I would call on him again without hesitation.
